CROSSFIT SKIRMISH · LAST UPDATED 31 AUGUST 2026

This app is how CrossFit Skirmish members see the week's programming, log scores, and track personal bests. It's run by the gym, for the gym — there are no ads, no analytics trackers, and we never sell or share your data for marketing.

What we store

Your name and email address (from the sign-in provider you choose), the display name you pick, your bar preference, and what you log in the app: workout scores, personal bests, sessions marked done with any ratings or comments, and reactions you leave on other members' scores. Coaches additionally author programming and notes.

Signing in

You sign in with Google, Facebook, or Microsoft. We receive only your name and email address from them — never your password — and we don't post to or read anything else from those accounts.

Who sees what

Scores you log are shared with other members unless you mark them private — private scores are visible only to you and the coaches. Personal bests and training logs are visible to you and the coaches. Coaches and gym admins can see everything members log, because that's their job.

Where it lives

Data is stored on servers in the EU (Railway, EU West region), with encrypted backups kept for 90 days. We use Sentry for crash reporting, configured to send no personal information. The only cookie is the session cookie that keeps you signed in.

Your choices

You can default new scores to private in Account settings, remove any score or personal best entry you've logged, and choose what name other members see. To deactivate your account or have your data deleted entirely, ask any coach at the gym and we'll take care of it.
